1. Quality Policy

At Trade Egypt, we are committed to delivering high-quality dental implants and surgical supplies. All our products, including implant systems and surgical kits, are CE-certified and meet international quality standards. We ensure that every product is tested and verified before reaching the customer.

2. Warranty Policy

We offer a lifetime warranty on our dental implants (including TB Implant and Medisolaris systems), covering manufacturing defects or technical failure not caused by misuse. A valid purchase invoice and clinical report are required to process any warranty claims.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original sealed packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted if the sterile seal is broken.
• Customers will bear the shipping fees unless the return is due to an error from our side.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of our clients and are committed to protecting all personal and professional data shared with us. No data will be sold or shared with third parties.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• We offer delivery within 1–3 business days inside Egypt, depending on location.
• Remote areas or special requests may require up to 5 business days.
• All shipments are securely packed and insured against damage during transport.

6. Training & Technical Support Policy

We provide free technical training and clinical consultation to our dental clients to ensure correct usage and optimal treatment outcomes with our implant systems and tools.
